June 25th, 2015, was a pleasant night out among friends at the RCMP Musical Ride signature Sunset Ceremony held at the Musical Ride Centre in Ottawa. The Musical Ride is performed by a full troop of thirty-two riders and horses, plus the member in charge. The Musical Ride consists of the execution of a variety of intricate figures and cavalry drill choreographed to music. The Ottawa Valley Search and Rescue Dog Association also performed some drills and was well received by the spectators.

Beautiful photos Robbie. Many years ago I sat on the grass at the Ottawa centre and watched the Musical Ride and toured the stables. However, we did not see the extra drills and it is great to see the dogs also.
